Blu's offices remain open and staff are working remotely to answer your calls and provide technical support and customer service. Our sales team and rep groups are also working remotely and servicing customers by appointment only in most markets and are available at any time should you need assistance.
Our vendor partners and supply chain are fully functioning, and orders are shipping daily from our warehouse facilities in southern California. Inventory levels are healthy with new containers arriving monthly from our factories and we are in constant communication with them to provide accurate ETA's to our customers on new orders. We will continue to prioritize and make efforts to minimize delays in getting products to you.
If there are changes or issues regarding your orders, we will communicate them promptly to you and work to resolve them.
