Blu Bathworks (Blu) extends the following warranty to the original purchaser of new products distributed in North America by Blu.


Blu warrants that our products, when shipped, shall be free from defects in workmanship and/or materials under normal use and service. Blu shall (at the election of Blu) either repair or replace free of charge any parts or items which are proven to have said defects, provided that all claims for defects under this warranty shall be made in writing immediately upon discovery and, if there is anything within one (1) year from the date of purchase of Blu’s products by Purchaser and provided, that defective parts or items shall be kept for examination by Blu or its authorized agents or returned to Blu upon request.

Except for the repair or replacement mentioned above which is Blu’s sole liability and purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this warranty, Blu shall not be responsible for any other claims arising out of the purchase and use of Blu’s products, regardless of whether Purchaser’s claims are based on breach of contract tort or other theories, including claims for any damages whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential.

This warranty shall not apply to Blu’s products which have been subject to negligence, misuse, abuse, misapplication or any improper use, or improper fittings, alignment, or maintenance. Blu shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by transportation, prolonged or improper storage or normal wear and tear of Blu’s products or for loss of operating time.


Tapware Lifetime limited warranty*

Blu warrants its tapware products (faucets & showers) against defects in workmanship or materials during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her home. If the product is installed in a new residential development, this warranty applies to the original purchaser of the new unit. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Blu will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty. Proof of purchase must be provided to Blu with all warranty claims. Blu is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Blu exceed the purchase price of the tapware item.

* Never use cleaners containing abrasive cleansers, ammonia, acids, waxes, bleach, solvents, alcohol, or other products not recommended for chrome. This will void the warranty.


Product Standards

Marks issued by IAPMO R&T attesting to product compliance are among the most respected and accepted in the world today. Trades people and inspectors alike know that an IAPMO R&T mark on a product means it is in full compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Blu Bathworks products are CUPC certified and meet ASME A112.19.2 and CSA B45 standards for toilets, sinks and tubs and ASME A112.18.1, CSA B125 and NSF 61.9 standards for tapware.
